Creating Wellness in the Corporate Community – ORGANICALLY
(An Exercise and Nutrition Wellness Program)

FACT: Heavy metals, parasites and herbicides like glyphosate (poisons in the foods we eat) are prominently present in our gut. Well-documented, peer reviewed evidence strongly suggests the root of mental and physical illnesses are related to gut health – the microbiome. The health of our microbiome determines our mood, our energy, our ability to reason in complex decision-making situations and generally how we relate to other people. Yet the gut-brain connection and the body’s ability to heal itself is hidden and buried in state and federal laws that promote masking and medicating rather than healing.
This leaves it to us – the corporate community – to break the cycle of chronic physical and mental illness through education.
Solution: Creating Wellness in the Corporate Community (CWCC) is a 12-week exercise and nutrition education program. The process begins by introducing the importance of exercise, nutrition and accountability to targets that an individual will set for themselves. Not a one-size-fits-all approach but rather a confidence building, personalized, education empowerment program. Tracking progress and food choices put target outcomes within reach through consistent accountability check-ins with professional coaches. Guiding active adults to create healthy habits will keep them and their families out of the doctor’s office and on-track to improved quality of life.
