I love the 5 minutes in and out it takes to prepare and drink my delicious ULT Power Shake which includes cleaning the portable blender that mixes-it-up. The portability of this ULT program for active, on-the-go guys like me is one of the most attractive attributes. Oh yeah, did I mention the power of the Power Shake is the 5 (five) micro-green salads-equivalent I am getting when throwing them back during that 5 minutes in my day.
